| I received a letter from them along with some other solutions programs but I called them first and I'm glad I did. They were understanding on my part of not being able to pay any longer for my home and wanted to help me. The bank didn't care! We set up an appoinment in my town, since my transportation was limited. When it came time to sign papers they (David and Jeff) were okay about explaining everything to me before I signed anything. They were also good about keeping me informed about what was going on. If we ran into a snag they called me to let me know what was wrong and that they would take care of it. The peace of mind is what I had and I liked it. I would recommend Northwest Home Solutions, Inc. to anyone who is having a foreclosure problem. Thank you for everything.

Thank you for the stress free and non complicated selling of my home in Ruther Glen, Virginia. Before I contacted your company, I put my home on the market through a real estate agent and decided after a month that was not what I wanted or needed at the time. There are so many thing involved with the selling of a home that I did not have the time to spare. I was a little skeptical at first by literally representing and selling my home myself, but after speaking with you, it was sense of relief I felt and decided that it was worth a try. Well it turned out. I definitely made the right choice and had I known prior to listing my home with an agent, there is no doubt. I would not have wasted thirty days to sell my home.
I highly recommend anyone who is not looking to spend X amount of time that they do not have to try your company before spending commission fees and becoming stressed out over the selling when it can and will be done smoother and satisfactory to their needs with Picket Fence Properties they'll certainly appreciate all the hassles they did not have to encounter. This was the least stressful transaction that I have ever made.

My sincerest thanks go out to Hunter Paschall and his staff at HP Investments. They did a terrific job in handling my real estate affairs for me in Central Florida! I live out of state, and whne my previous "manager" turned out to be a crook, Hunter stepped in and took complete control of the situation for me. He basically took a very bad situation and turned it around. Although the times were extremely stressful for me, Hunter was alwaysupbeat and encouraging, and I knew I could depend on him and contact him with any concerns. Hunter is a trustworthy, upfront and professional in every sense. He certainly deserves the success he now enjoys. I consider him a Godsend, but more importantly, a friend. Thanks again, Hunter!

Picket Fence Properties literally saved me from financial ruin. A very rough separation and divorce left me unable to maintain the family home. We had not been able to sell it as it needed significant work. Corey, Keith and Israel recognized my plight and helped me in ways too numerous to mention. Dear Josh & Louise,
I would like to thank you and your staff for helping me sell my house. I wasn't sure what to do and I thought I was going to lose my house to foreclosure. I was up against the wall because the mortgage was in my late wife's name so, the lender was not being helpful at all. You took charge of the situation and with your help we got a buyer and the loan closed on time. I was really happy especially since I am now living in another state I could not afford to travel to keep up with the house and attend the closing.
Well, the closing went on schedule and I have one less thing to worry about. This was a huge burden off my shoulders. I would surely send anyone I know who needs your help, to you. You did what you said you would to help me and I appreciate it. Thanks again.
